Baoding MIMO Flow Control Company is a designer and manufacturer of large-scale industrial pump products. Founded in 2006, our company's primary line of products include centrifugal slurry pumps and centrifugal impurity transport pumps, along with more than a dozen series and 100 varieties of individual pump units. Whether you are looking for overhung pumps, vertical centrifugal pumps, or positive displacement pumps, we have what you need and we can even provide custom pump body designs based on your specific application needs and conditions.
Production
MIMO's workshop covers 40 thousand square meters and is outfitted with more than 20 sets of machines, including vertical lathes, circular lathes, CNC lathes, radial drilling machines, and cylindrical grinders. These machines are designed to deal with workpieces whose external diameters are no more than 3 meters. We guarantee the machining precision of our pumps and finished products are only put into storage or shipped following successful quality inspection.
Casting Room
There are 3 medium frequency furnaces, one EPC production line, 2 resin sand and model production lines.
Forge Welding Workshop
We utilize top of the line welding equipment to ensure the quality of each welded component of our pumps. CNC vertical lathes, boring and milling machines, and our controlled cutting machines are designed to process complex parts with high precision requirements. The forge welding workshop can also cast specially designed products to meet client demands. Combining corrosion resistant and wear resistant alloy smelting technology, the casting and heat treatment processes create smooth and clean castings. This results in casted pump components with tightness and stability during operation.
Test
Hydraulic experiments are conducted following the assembly of our pump products to guarantee each pump's efficiency. Our plant performs each process according to GB/T8096-2013 standards. Every pump is tested before and after entering the furnace in order to optimize the effectiveness of the pump.
Parts storage
We carry sufficient amounts of spare parts for each type of pump produced by MIMO.
